Hack: Keycatcher: computer keyboard logger
Here's a little dongle you connect between the keyboard and a computer, and it logs all keystrokes! It can record up to 128 kilobytes of information. You can later remove and retrieve the information by typing a password on an open word or text file and everything that was typed will appear. This is easy to use and without installing any software at all, even if the computer was off when you installed it. May be handy if you need a quick way to monitor a computer.

Review: Razer Diamondback: High Quality Mouse
This is a very cool and high-performing mouse, the Razor Diamondback. It has a sensitivity of 1600 dpi (dots per inch) so it can detect even the mose smallest of movements. This is very useful on games that need a lot of precision (like Halo 2, or Doom 3). It has 7 physical buttons and can be independently programmed. Also, on its feet it features a teflon strip with zero acoustic (does not make noise while it moves), a 7 feet cord, and has a gold plated usb connector, for maximum conductivity. Also, it's design is very stylish and good looking.
Even if it's not wireless, this is much better because it's much lighter. If you want a very good, high-quality mouse, this is one of the better options to consider. I, for one, am getting one.

Recommended Toy Gift: Xport Robot Controller: GameBoy + Lego
Although the usefulness is limited to what you can program it to do, this is a great and very fun gadget, especially for an engineer or a tech student (and it would make a great gift!)
It includes all the machinery to set up a gameboy as a controller, and what's need to program it. You must have a gameboy, and preferably some LEGO so you can build stuff with it. This seems a bit more advanced than what you can do with a Mindstorms kit, and is expandable: you can buy some sensors or a bluetooth module.
Check it out at CharmedLabs.
